The special meeting of the Rapid City Public Library Board of Trustees was called to order by Monte Loos on November 13, 2006 at 12:05 p.m. 

Members Present:  Monte Loos, James Olson, Ron Kroeger, Eric Abrahamson, Greta Chapman and Karie Price

Audience:  none

Excused:  Maria McCarthy-Anderson and Sandra McNeely

Executive Session:  Contract

Olson motioned to move into Executive Session at 12:15 p.m.; Abrahamson seconded; no further discussion; motion carried unanimously.

Olson motioned to come out of Executive Session at 12:55 p.m. Abrahamson seconded. No action was taken.

Olson motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:55 p.m.; Abrahamson seconded; no further discussion; motion carried unanimously.
