Maria McCarthy Anderson

Maria was the former Chairman of the Rapid City Public Library Foundation Board. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master degree in Public Policy. Maria recognizes the issues facing the Library in the areas of space planning and acoustics, as well as the need to increase the public’s awareness of its services and programs. Her goal would be to develop and attract a higher level of community support and involvement.
