Robert has been a lawyer for over 30 years, holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a B.A. in History. He is a out of print/first edition book collector and appraiser, is currently on the WDTI Advisory Board, and was an ABA law volunteer in Armenia and Uzbekistan. Robert would like to keep in step with information and research technology and make library resources available to the broadest group(s) in the serivce area, including the County. His goal would be to educate himself on the functions and needs of the library patrons, then work toward assisting the staff, Director, and Board in reaching goals. |
